“treasure me” porcelain tealight and oil burner with wire door – love

Description

This is a handmade tealight and oil burner / incense cone burner in fine white porcelain with a vivid teal/aqua coloured crackle glaze.  The top dish is removable.

The front features a handmade wire door in silver coloured wire with silver solder and a brass plate. It opens on tiny handmade hinges and has a latch on the other side. It has the word “love” stamped onto the brass plate.

The metal work has been designed to tarnish and weather over time, however your piece comes with a polishing pad and cloth if you wish to shine up the silver and brass from time to time, just like you would an item of jewellery.  

The inside is glazed with a clear vintage style crackle glaze.

***Please be aware your piece will become hot when in use so place on a non combustible surface and handle with care!  Do not remove used candles until they are cool to touch.***

Each piece I make is a one off unique and original item – the images in the listing are of the actual ceramic item you will receive.

Made from fired fine white porcelain  (fired to 1220c/2228f).

All glazes are non-toxic and food safe. Solder is lead free. Please hand wash with warm soapy water if required.
